Three Vital Questions Training

Two Full Days of Training*

This two-day transformative learning experience is based on the book “Three Vital Questions” written by David Emerald, the author of “The Power of TED” (The Empowerment Dynamic). This training offers a comprehensive solution to the high cost of drama in the workplace. Over the two days, you will learn about the “Dreaded Drama Triangle (DDT)” and how the seductive roles of the victim, persecutor and rescuer can impact your organization’s bottom line. Learn how to make your own shift from the DDT to TED* and embody the mindsets of the creator, challenger and coach. If you’re ready to uplift and transform your organization towards an inspiring future, this training is for you!

Coaching Out of the Box Training TM

Two Full Days of Training*

Building on the Three Vital Questions training, this two-day training will create “coach-like” leaders in your organization. Evidence shows that bringing a coach approach into the culture of an organization leads to the following results:

ACCOUNTABILITY PARTNERship

3 to 6 Months Executive Coaching for Training Participants*

Improve the rate of return on your investment - engage members of your team in an executive coaching relationship for 3 months, following the Three Vital Questions and Coaching Out of the Box training programs. 

One-to-one coaching ensures that the learning stays alive and is put into practice. Mentorship, coaching and ongoing facilitated learning will ensure continued growth and concrete application of the learning. 

To shift the culture, we first need to shift ourselves.

Living Learning Labs

3 Months to 1 Year*

As your team puts their learnings into practice, monthly lunch and learn sessions (1 hour/month) are designed to enhance the learning and deepen the practice of shifting to the roles of TED* (The Empowerment Dynamic). These sessions will include focused learning, along with exercises and discussions about how the team is putting into practice the roles of the challenger, creator and coach. This becomes a community of practice based on the concept of a living learning lab.

Please note that these sessions will be offered at the same time as the one-to-one coaching sessions.
